In addition to the Po’boys (which you can find below), this section of the menu is where three of the iconic dishes of New Orleans Cajun / Creole cuisine live. Gumbo, Jambalaya and Etouffée; with its characteristic colors due to the Roux we make; the holy trinity shining on each plate, spices that will fill your palate with multiple sensations. This is New Orleans … this is Trikki.

One of the most representative dishes of New Orleans cuisine and created by the Martin brothers you can find them at Trikki, in different ranges: veal, pork, chicken, prawns and soft-shell crab. All with incredible combinations of ingredients and being faithful to it´s tradition of how they are served at NOLA.
